Review on Interoperability and Integration Rating: 3/5 I must give SHOUTEM credit for their moderate success in their attempt of enabling interoperability and integration with existing software. The platform has made a reasonable effort at connecting its software to other programs, though the overall design of the integration is quite straightforward and simple. Additionally, most of the tools and features made available by SHOUTEMs app design software already exist in many other products. Though the platform may have somewhat achieved its goal of interoperability and integration, it fails in terms of originality and inventiveness.

Review on Learning Technologies Rating: 2/5 SHOUTEM markets its use of machine learning technologies and artificial intelligence, but this use is minimal in practice. Most of the programs features are basic functions, and the focus is on simple task completion. Furthermore, little effort has been made in terms of incorporating machine learning into the platform. As a result, the implementation of learning technologies feels forced and relatively ineffective, with no real tangible impact. Unless the company refines their approach to making use of AI, I wouldnt recommend this platform for anyone looking for an advanced user experience.

# Review 4 - Customer service I needed assistance from the customer service team at SHOUTEM, and while they responded quickly they were not of much help. Whenever I asked technical questions, they seemed unable to answer anything beyond the most basic questions. I was met with generic answers and directed to the help centre multiple times. This made it hard to get any relevant help and was disappointing. The customer service team lacks knowledge and experience in the industry, and I rate it 1 out of 5.

On the flipside, the software could be improved in terms of stability and speed - needs a bit of improvement in my opinion. They were both friendly and helpful in addressing my questions and inquiries and I would rate them 4/5 stars for that. Their interoperability and integration was also quite impressive. I was able to move data from a spreadsheet to my app very quickly and easily, and there were no hiccups throughout the process. I would rate them 5/5 stars in this area. I am still awed by Shoutems user-friendly interface! I had no prior experience designing mobile apps and yet I was able to easily design an awesome and functional mobile app with their app designing software. I was able to use the drag and drop editor to easily customize my design and build the structure of my application with ease. All the features are very easy to find, so I never had to look for a feature too long. The dashboard was also quite impressive as it allowed me to visualize the entire app design which made it easy to make revisions and changes. Many of the tools that SHOUTEM offers in its portfolio are too basic, with limited customization options and simplistic templated designs.
