Ease of Use Unfortunately, the softwares Ease of Use rating is quite low. As mentioned before, the user interface is a bit clunky and it is not always straightforward to figure out how to do certain things in the app. Additionally, the tutorials are not comprehensive and it is hard to dive deeper into the specifics of various features without resorting to some outside sources. While I appreciate their efforts to make app designs easy to create and stylish, the lack of intuitive design ultimately drags down their Ease of Use for me. I would rate them 1/5.

Overall My overall experience with Indigo Rose Software has been lackluster. The product vision is unclear to me and the user interface could use a lot of work. Plus, I had no problem incorporating it with AI platforms such as Alexa and Cortana. In the end, I am thrilled that I chose Indigo Rose Software. The cost of ownership is incredibly low and the software was incredibly easy to use. It has enabled me to create a unique, modern user experience with a seamless transition to AI platforms. They also provided a very user friendly interface, and even as a beginner programmer, I found it incredibly easy to use and navigate.
