. Review 1: I recently purchased IBUILDAPPs App Design Software and must say that I am not very happy with it. First and foremost, the customer service is pitiful. To begin with, the response time to queries and questions is far too long. Additionally, the technical support team is not very knowledgeable when it comes to helping troubleshoot issues. All they can do is provide the same canned answers or point you in the right direction, which, in itself, is time consuming. As a result, I often felt like I wasted a lot of time and ended up solving the problem myself. On top of that, I felt that their product vision is lacking. While they present a few ok designs and features, none of the templates are modern and up-to-date. Furthermore, lack of instructions on how to utilize the software is often quite confusing and disorienting. In conclusion, IBUILDAPPs App Design Software is alright for basic apps design, however, I do not think I would recommend it - especially for more technical and complex apps. My rating for this product: 2/5.

As an Asian middle-aged male buyer, I found the interoperability and integration to be almost impossible. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service & support, I have not been able to get any help, making it extremely difficult for me to make any progress with the design software. This terrible customer service & support and lack of interoperability and integration makes IBUILDAPPs App Design Software offerings something I would never recommend to other potential buyers. Review 3: IBUILDAPPs App Design Software was an integral part when I was developing my clothing brands mobile app. I was surprised to find out how easy it was to pull together a fully functioning app that integrated with our ecommerce store, product catalog and other features a customer could want. The software was incredibly interoperable and allowed for a very efficient build. Additionally, I was excited to see how supportive the software was for futuristic use cases. For example, I was able to offer a state-of-the-art augmented reality try on feature that allowed my customers to virtually preview how pieces would look on them. Ive been using IBUILDAPPs app design software for over 6 months now and can honestly say its a great choice for anyone looking to build an app. The app design software is easy to use and the customer service is top notch. The main feature that I found to be particularly helpful was the drag and drop feature. This allowed me to quickly customize my apps UI and make changes whenever I needed to. Review 2: My experience with IBUILDAPPs App Design Software has been mixed. On one hand, the product has a great selection of features with many powerful and useful tools. All the features and capabilities make it easier to create the perfect app that fits the needs of my business. However, on the other hand, the customer service team is somewhat inadequate. Most times, their response is slow and incompetent; never giving solution-oriented help. Moreover, the agents often lack a clear vision or goal of resolving the customers problem. Consequently, this results in a lot of wasted time and energy. In addition, I was displeased with the products vision. Their interface is outdated, and it doesnt reflect current features and designs that people have come to expect on mobile apps today. Overall, IBUILDAPPs App Design Software doesnt offer the optimal experience one would expect for the price. Customers should expect to encounter issues that the customer service team isnt able to assist with and lack of modern product vision. For these reasons, I would rate this product 3 out of 5 stars.

Review 5: I recently purchased IBUILDAPPs App Design Software, but Im disappointed with my experience thus far. To begin with, the customer service team is inefficient. When a customer queries something, it takes so long to get a response; sometimes I think they just forgot about my query. Even when an agent does provide an answer, its often unhelpful or vague. Its as if they dont understand the real problem. In addition, their product vision is outdated. The app design software came with several templates that look a few years out of date. Furthermore, the instructions on how to use the product are unclear, making it hard to find the desired feature or tool. Ultimately, IBUILDAPPs App Design Software is good for basic designs and not great for more technical app designs. This is definitely a minus for this product in my opinion. I rate it 2 out of 5 stars.

As a middle-aged Asian buyer, IBUILDAPPs App Design Software offerings were not what I was expecting in the way of customer service & support. I was unable to get in contact with customer service & support multiple times, and when I was able to get a response, the answers were often incomplete and did not address the issue I was having. The interoperability and integration capabilities of the App Design Software were especially poor. No matter how many times I tried, I simply could not get the design software to fit my needs. For these reasons, I give IBUILDAPPs App Design Software offerings a 1/5 stars.

My experience with IBUILDAPPs App Design Software offerings has been mostly negative. As an Asian middle-aged male buyer, I found the interoperability and integration to be exceptionally poor. No matter how many times I tried, I couldnt seem to get the design software to fit my needs. I have tried several times to contact customer service & support but, unfortunately, I havent been able to get any help. There were times when I contacted them but my emails, chat transcripts, and phone calls all went unanswered. The customer service & support was simply terrible. I give IBUILDAPPs App Design Software offerings a 1/5 stars based on my experience with the interoperability and integration and the poor customer service & support.
