Oracle API Manager Cloud Service Pricing & Demo

Rating: 3/5 I recently evaluated Oracle Corporations API Management offerings and had a mixed experience. I was initially very excited by the product vision, which had potential application to future use cases. Moreover, the product features seemed to be quite robust, which gave me confidence in the companys stability and maturity. However, I did find the usability to be quite poor. Navigating the interface was cumbersome and clumsy which, and I found the overall ease of use to be challenging. There was also a steep learning curve associated with using the product, which led to a lot of frustrations. Furthermore, the cost of ownership was higher than expected, making it a bit of a stretch for our organization. The interoperability and integration capabilities of the platform seemed to have some merit and customer service was helpful. However, the overall innovation and use of next generation technologies seemed lacking. In addition, I felt that the value for money just wasnt there. Overall, Oracle Corporations API Management offerings have potential but are not fully realized yet. With improved usability and a better price point, it could truly be a great product.
