Ive been using IBMs API Management offerings for about 3 months now and I have to say that Im more than impressed. This set of tools is built with a very clear product vision and is extremely powerful, robust, and easy to use. From their API registry to their gateway, their portfolio of offerings has been designed with the user in mind. The overall feature set is expansive and I havent noticed any issues with interoperability or integration. The integration points, API definitions, and API tests all work as expected, and the ability to document API information and API composition is invaluable. I have also found that the cost of ownership has been quite low and the ROI is quite high. Since IBM is a very established and stable company, I feel confident knowing that the API Management services they provide will be reliable and up-to-date. Additionally, IBM has included a great deal of innovation with their API Management offerings by including features such as analytics, monitoring, and visibility to help users understand how their APIs are being used. The customer service has been top-tier too, and they are always quick to answer any questions I have or resolve any issues or bugs I might encounter. Furthermore, they are always introducing new features and use cases which give me confidence that IBM is looking at the future. Additionally, I believe IBM is utilizing the most up-to-date technologies to ensure that their API Management goes above and beyond the competition. All-in-all, IBMs API Management toolset is a great package for the value. I have never felt like I have been shorted in any way and have been particularly happy with the performance of their offerings. Highly recommend!
