Another thing I’ve come to like about Pencil2D is the level of interoperability and integration. 'I have recently been using Pencil2D’s Animation Software for some of my personal projects. As a user of legacy animation software, I was curious to see what this relatively new product had to offer.
The user experience was top notch. Navigating the user interface and accessing the different functions and tools were very intuitive. I also liked the wide range of color palettes and soundtracks that could be easily imported.
The customer service team was also equipped and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain the product vision and the features of the software. I appreciate the fact that they were open to customer feedback and were genuinely committed to making the product better.
Having said that, I did find there to be some flaws in the product. For one, the frame-rate is not quite as smooth as I wanted, and I felt the tools could have been easier to navigate. But I’m sure these issues can be fixed in the future.

'Having had the chance to evaluate Pencil2D’s Animation Software, I must admit I was both surprised and impressed. The user experience was great and all the functions of the software could be easily accessed from the menu bar. It was also great to have access to so many color palettes and soundtracks that could be imported.
The customer service team was also great. They were helpful in answering questions, provided insight into the product vision and features, and were attentive to customer feedback.

On the one hand, I was quickly able to get in contact with a representative when I had a question, but this was only possible because I was lucky enough to be able to utilize the chatbot on their website. I was pleasantly surprised by Pencil2D’s capabilities when it came to creating 2D animation. The software’s workflow is fairly easy to understand and there are plenty of tools to help out in different stages of the animation process. The level of fine-tuning I can perform in post-production is also noteworthy and allows me to make sure that the end result is exactly what I wanted.

Pencil2D’s innovation is limited by using traditional technology. Right off the bat, the user experience that the software provides is great. One glance at the menus and all the basic commands, I already knew how to make it work. Moreover, the user manual offers concise and helpful explanations of what each element does.
Another highlight for me is the interoperability and integration capabilities that Pencil2D offers. Not only does it work with common images formats such as PNG and JPEG, but I can also export animation work into various video formats.
Finally, I'm a fan of the current feature set. The options like brush size, zooming and frame tilling give a much needed level of detail to animating tasks.

Overall, the software is user-friendly and allows me to draw shapes with customizable thickness and export the project as either a GIF or a video file. I find that the value for money Pencil2D provides is excellent and would rate it 5/5 stars.
Customer service wise, I had to contact their customer service team after I ran into a minor issue. Fortunately, I was able to get support almost immediately. While the customer service team was knowledgeable and friendly, I found the resolution of the issue to be slightly time-consuming. Therefore, I would rate the customer service 4/j5 stars.

'I recently tried using Pencil2D's Animation Software to make some videos. Having used legacy animation software in the past, I was eager to check out what this relatively new product had to offer. I must say, I was quite impressed with its user experience. The interface was easy to use and had a very intuitive workflow. It was great to see the finished animation, color palettes, and soundtracks that could be easily imported into my project.
The Customer service team was also very helpful and provided me with a lot of information about the Animations Software. They took time to explain their product vision and what the software had to offer. I was pleased with their commitment to making the product better and taking customer feedback seriously.
However, I did find there are some shortcomings with the product. For example, I noticed that the frame rate is not as smooth as it could be. Also, some of the tools were a bit clunky when it came to navigating objects. But I'm sure these small issues can be addressed in the future.
My overall rating of Pencil2D's Animation Software is 4 stars. Despite some minor issues, I think the product has a lot of potential. The customer service team was very accommodating and they seem to have a great vision for the product. My only wish would be that the toolset is smoother, but I know the team is working on it.'
