KUKA GROUP in Collaborative Robots

KUKA has entered into the safe human–robot collaborative ecosystem with its intelligent industrial work assistant (iiwa) lightweight robot (LBR). The company offers 2 versions of collaborative robots under its “LBR iiwa” series—LBR iiwa 7 R800 and LBR iiwa 14 R820. These versions are available with payload capacities between 7 and 14kg, and reach ranging between 800 and 820mm. Collaborative robots of the company are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as machine tending, palletizing, packaging, screw fastening, assembly, coating, quality inspection, and inserting and mounting.
