I must say that I was quite unimpressed with the product. I found that their products were easy to use and they did a great job of leaving surfaces hygienically clean. The neutral scent isnt overpowering, and it left my surfaces smelling nice and clean. The packaging is also very convenient, as it fits neatly in the cupboards and allows me to use them quickly and efficiently. The cost of each product was also relatively low compared to other disinfectant products in the market. Unfortunately, I felt that the surface disinfectant might not have worked as well as I was expecting on tougher stains. The product claims to have “no-rinse†capabilities, however, after I had applied it on difficult marks, I found that I still had to go back with a cloth and remove the stain. Rating 3/5

On the one hand they offer a high quality product and its clear customers are satisfied based on the 4.8 star rating on Amazon. On the other hand however, I am disappointed in their innovation and use of the latest technology, as well as the lack of a distinct product vision and features. Starting with their tech, it simply isnt up to the standards that I have come to expect from the Reckitt Benckiser range of products. Compared to the competition, their technology isnt as advanced and it feels like the company is trying to play catch-up, rather than lead the industry. Unfortunately, the same issue can be seen in their product vision and features. The vision is fairly vague and its not clear what sets them apart from the competition; their features dont compare to those offered by their rivals either. All in all, Reckitt Benckisers product is still of a high quality, and their customer ratings speak for themselves, however due to their lack of innovation and customer satisfaction, I am left to rate the product at 3.5 stars out of 5.

I recently switched to using Reckitt Benckisers surface disinfectant in my small business and am disappointed with the overall experience. As I thought that it would be an efficient product within an affordable range, I found that the disinfectant is not that effective in eliminating germs on surfaces and its overall mission of keeping my business clean is failing drastically. I also found that the product is difficult to use. For example, I had to buy multiple cans and packages, which was both expensive and inconvenient. This made the disinfectant thus far not worth the cost or effort, and I cannot rate its ease of use any higher than a 2/10. As for the product vision, Reckitt Benckischers has not met my expectations in this regard either. I was under the impression that the product would provide superior hygiene, yet the product has proven to be inadequate in this regard. I cannot do anything else but give the product a 5/10 rating in this department. My experience with the product features, unfortunately, is on the same lines. I find that not only does the product take a bit too long to take effect, but the fact that it leaves behind a slight residue is a huge issue. As a business owner, I want to make sure that my space is spotless, and Reckitt Benckisches is just not cutting it. Therefore, I can only award the product a 1/10 at most in terms of product features. In conclusion, I cannot say I am pleased with Reckitt Benckisches surface disinfectant at all and I would not recommend it to others. I would have saved myself the trouble of using it had I known that it would not meet my needs. The product is of a high quality and provides excellent cleanliness, which is evident in the 4.8 star rating they have received from their customers on Amazon. However, their innovation and use of next generation technology, as well as their product vision and features, are far from industry leading. To begin with, the technology they are using isnt as advanced as other products on the market right now, falling short of the expected standards of the Reckitt Benckiser range. In line with this, their product vision also isnt as clear; it isnt evident what sets them apart from the competition and why customers should pick up this product. Moreover, when it comes to features, the same issue can be seen. The features are not as developed as some of their competitors, with some crucial features left out. This makes it hard to recommend the product to customers expecting the latest in modern disinfectants. Overall, the product is still of a high quality and the cleanliness it provides is commendable. However, their lack of innovation and use of next generation technology, their inadequate product vision, and their missing product features prevent me from giving Reckitt Benckisers Surface Disinfectant a higher rating than 3.5 stars out of 5.
