Their support agent was patient during each interaction and made sure I had everything I needed in order to make the most of the product. Id rate the customer service of Cerner Corporation an impressive 8 out of 10. I was also thoroughly impressed with the patient engagement solutions itself. The records integration we got was smooth and hassle-free. It enabled us to monitor and track the progress of our patients, ensuring their medical requirements were attended to and kept up to date. Not to mention, the secured messaging feature allowed us to communicate with our patients in an effective yet secure manner. Our main issues have been with interoperability and integration. I am not pleased with the services provided by Cerner Corporation for patient engagement. I purchased the software and the support services, but I feel like I got nothing in return. The customer service has been particularly bad. There is a huge gap between what they promise to do and what they deliver. For instance, they said they would be able to assist with installation, but once I called for help, they put me on hold, never to answer my call again. The system they have in place has also been unreliable. Frequently, it crashes, making it impossible to send messages to my patients. It is also very slow and it cannot handle the volume of emails and messages I need to send out. Given my experience, I would not recommend the services of Cerner Corporation. Cerner Patient Engagement Solutions - Review 2 Ive had the pleasure of working with Cerners Patient Engagement Solutions for a couple of years now and Id rate their services as 7 out of 10. The first thing that stands out about their solution is the use of the latest technology and innovation. The patient portal for example, allows for instant access to health records, secure messaging and payment options, and helps create longer-term working relationships with patients. The automated features also make my job easier, allowing me to focus more on delivering higher levels of customer service. Furthermore, the platform helps facilitate virtual consultations, telehealth sessions, and patient surveys which allow us to understand our patient base better. That said, I think they could do better when it comes to onboarding new clients. The process is quite streamlined but I am of the opinion that it could be improved further. Furthermore, their support staff could also be more proactive in communicating with customers regarding changes to their services. Overall, Cerners Patient Engagement Solutions do offer the features one requires to deliver quality care for patients, but some areas could be further improved.

All the features are quite comprehensive, providing the patient with options to book appointments and view their lab results. The patient is even able to pay their bills online. Its been remarkably helpful both for us and our patients. The customer service at Cerner Corporation is top-notch. The staff I have dealt with have always been responsive and professional. We have not encountered any issues yet, but in the rare case that something does go wrong, the team is always there to help and resolve the issue in no time. The cost of ownership is quite impressive. Although the package may seem expensive at first, it turns out to be quite economical in the long run, since it covers a lot of aspects which would have been expensive with different vendors. Already the cost savings from reducing administrative staff has been tremendous, allowing us to concentrate resources in more important areas. Interoperability and Integration: 4 stars The interoperability and integration offered by these solutions is something to be hailed, allowing us to create continuity of care for our patients with ease. Ive been particularly impressed with the open architecture and the ease of customization. Customer Service: 5 stars Customer service is also a big plus—the on-site technical and IT staff provided by Cerner Corporation are very helpful and make sure that any problems are taken care of. All in all, Cerner Corporations Patient Engagement Solutions have been a great addition to our healthcare facility. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I am not pleased with the services offered by Cerner Corporation for patient engagement. I paid too much for some of the features included in their system and I definitely regret it. The customer service provided by Cerner Corporation is abysmal. They promise to provide assistance with installation and other technical issues. However, whenever I call for help, I get stuck talking to someone who doesnt even know what Im talking about. Every interaction I have had with their representatives has been frustrating. The communication system deployed by Cerner Corporation is also not reliable. Consequently, I cannot depend on it to send out messages to my patients. In addition, some of the messages sent via the system are not engaging nor are they professional. Overall, Cerner Corporation has not provided the value I was expecting when I made the purchase. Id give them a rating of one out of five for value for money and customer service.

As far as the quality of the solution itself, Ive been particularly impressed by the innovation and use of next-generation technology. It has helped us to move the needle on patient satisfaction and provide the type of communication that is expected in the healthcare industry today. The patient portal has helped create more instantaneous access to health records and appointment scheduling that is easy to set up and use. The platform also features plenty of automated features that make my job easier, such as the secure messaging system and secure payment option. Furthermore, its also helping us to establish longer-term working relationships with our patients; they are now able to keep up with their health records, lab results, and treatment plans over a longer period of time. Moreover, Cerners solution has helped us to create more futuristic use cases, allowing us to launch virtual consultations, telehealth sessions, and patient surveys to better understand our patient base. This futuristic approach has enabled us to refine our services and provide better quality care for our patients.

While the user experience could definitely be improved, there were some elements that I found to be quite useful. Value for money: 4/10 The pricing is relatively reasonable when compared to other solutions in the market. However, I do think more features could be offered for the money. Overall Innovation: 4/10 While I wouldnt call it cutting-edge, Cerners solutions are reasonably innovative. They have incorporated some recent advancements in healthcare and have designed the user interface to be more intuitive. Use of Next Generation Technology: 3/10 Cerners solutions have adopted some next-generation technology, but not to the extent that other solutions have. Still, the implementation of these technologies is fairly effective. Overall: 4/10 Cerners patient engagement solutions are by no means perfect, but they are decent overall. The features are solid and the user experience relatively intuitive. For the money, its a good option.

We have been using it for months now and it has enabled us to keep in constant touch with our patients and keep them updated on everything. The patient is able to book their appointments, view their lab results, and even pay their bills directly from the website. Its truly been a blessing. The customer service at Cerner Corporation has been great too. Everyone I have interacted with has been delightful, and whenever I needed help, they have always been responsive. Even if there was an issue, the team worked hard in order to resolve it. The cost of ownership is quite reasonable as well. Although it might seem expensive in the beginning, its been incredibly beneficial for us from a cost point of view, since it has enabled us to reduce our administrative staff and costs.
