PCC is cloud-based so I only need to keep the endpoints and internet up. It works with any device and virtually any browser. There are mobile apps as well. We can create power users that can do the account creation and maintenance. That takes a good load off of our IT department.

In fact, at the time of this review PCC is & has been the leading EHR software in the senior care vertical. For good reason; mobile friendly, rich in features & reports, strong analytics, and relatively easy to use. Keeping track of patient / resident care should always be the #1 objective of any AR, IR, SNF, LTC, CCRC, Acute setting, or any other in healthcare.
