“Not much user friendly”

I like the easy access to demographics, billing information, and health records all in one. The messaging feature is terrible for trying to follow through with communication among staff. It is not a user friendly platform and requires extensive training.

“Needs Improvement but is also helpful”

Easy to navigate tab interface for the Clinical Notes, Common Problem Palette feature consistently saves me time. Slow technical support responses, seems like for every hotfixed bug, two more pop up.
