“Internal Storage”

Allscripts has a huge internal capacity to store, and organize, a patient''''s multiple documents. For example, there are tabs for notes, reports, hospital documents, etc. These tabs can be used easily to find a patient''''s records and reports.

“Huge Learning Curve”

The software demands a huge learning curve, since the users need to identify different short on their own while using the system. These things arent included in the training module.

Allscripts support takes long time to respond to customer queries. Also when they respond to requests or open tickets, it takes months to get the query resolved.
