I recently had the opportunity to use Promega Corporations Drug Discovery Services and was thoroughly impressed. From the first step of Technical Features to the last of Availability and Turn around time, it was a top-notch experience from start to finish. The Technical Features of the drug discovery services are robust, meeting all of our high-level requirements when it comes futuristic applications. Cost was reasonable for the level of quality and for the effectiveness of the product. It was a great Return on Investment (ROI). For a company of Promegas size, the Supply Chain Operations and Production capacity were remarkable and it was apparent they could handle our high volume needs. The same could be said of the R&D & Innovations teams that seemed knowledgeable and innovative with ways to maximize ROI while avoiding potential pitfalls. The optional support included with the Drug Discovery Service was helpful, although I didnt need to use much of it. The support staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were able to help quickly, efficiently, and affordably. Finally, the customer service team was stellar. They managed to customize the service for our organization and tailor the experience to fit our specific needs. They allowed us to do it within an agreeable timeframe and without sacrificing quality. Overall, I give the Promega Corporations Drug Discovery Service a 9/10. The technical features, cost, R&D & Innovations, Supply Chain Operations, Production Capacity, Support, Return on Investment and Business Maturity were all excellent. If I had to make any complaints, it would be about the availability and turn around time, which was a bit slow for my timeline. Nevertheless, I would recommend this service to others looking for drug discovery services.
