Review 2 EnvisionTec GMBH has certainly made a big impact in the 3D printing medical devices market, and I am pleased to report that my experience with them has been generally positive. Their products are incredibly advanced, combining cutting edge technologies like DLP,LCD and DMD. What makes them even more impressive is that they are able to manufacture devices like limb prosthetics up to 6x faster than conventional methods with their BioSteel material. This new technology is a huge plus and has improved the accuracy and complexity of products. Their customer service could use some work though. It is quite difficult to quickly get the help and answers needed. The resources available to customers for quick solutions is limited. Overall, I would give EnvisionTec GMBH a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. They have certainly made great strides in the 3D printing medical devices market, but they could do a lot more to provide more assistance to their customers.

From the get-go, the setup process was incredibly quick and easy while the customer service was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were also impressed with the print results; the reliability and robustness of the device meant that our prints were always consistent and of the highest quality. Additionally, the cost of ownership was very attractive and offered a surprisingly low cost for the level of quality that we received. All in all, we had a great experience with Envisiontec and were able to produce great results with minimal effort and cost. I would rate them 4.9 out of 5.

Ive been able to produce medical devices with higher accuracy and speed than before. The customer support is also quite good, although I wish they were more responsive to my queries. Ease of use is also good, although it took some time for me to become accustomed to the devices.
