According to Food Legislation, Law No 18, 2012: “Food safety is a condition and effort that is required to prevent food from the possibility of biological, chemical, and other pollution that can interfere, harm, and endanger the human health as well as not conflicting with religion, belief, and culture of the society so that it is safe for consumption.”
