Features
Custom-resin service - Tethon 3D offers unusual ceramic resins of all types including - Porcelite, Graphenite, Virtolite, Ferrolite, Flex ceramic, Glass, Alumina, Mullite, and Castalite. The company delivers a custom resin service for 3D printing resin to meet engineering demands.
Resistant to thermal stresses - Tethonite Mullite ceramic powder used for binder jetting additive manufacturing applications. The objects made up of mullite refractory material are resistant to thermal stresses and also have low thermal conductivity. It is used mainly in furnace liners, electrical insulators, and heat exchange parts.
High strength & low porosity - Vitrolite® Glass-Ceramic Resin used in SLA or DLP printers. This glass-ceramic resin offers high strength, low porosity or high density, and thermal shock tolerance. It is chemical resistant and does not conduct heat or electricity. The objects made up of Vitrolite, fires at a relatively low temperature and results in a white glassy surface appearance.
