“Terrible Customer Support”

Customer support team needs heavy improvement as queries are resolved after long time and there is not 1 person assigned to one query.

“Great for tracking vehicles”

Over all, it is a pretty comprehensive program that we use daily as an organization. It is fairly easy to use and print reports from.This program is great for tracking vehicles. It also shows great reports of pretrip reports, gps locations, speed of vehicles, EVIR reporting and many more things.
