“Drivers can improve by themselves !”
Ctrack provides mobile app especially for drivers where they can see their performance on their own based on 30 days trip and improve it. My drivers are using it extensively.

“Easy to use, hard to receive customer service”
The program is user-friendly, and easy to use for individuals with limited computer or technology skills. When there is an error in the system, or pricing for that matter, it is very difficult to track down your sales representative to solve the issue. Although you are able to wait on the customer service line for a varied amount of time, these individuals normally do not know the specific issue with your account.

Extremely poor service and work quality received by Ctrack. Vehicles are having to go back on a monthly basis due to faulty systems.
