My only complaint is the cost was a bit more than I was expecting. I enjoyed the customer service I received from SSTL and the technical support was top-notch. However, the financial stability and business maturity of the company didnt give me a lot of confidence as far as their ability to remain in business for the long haul. Additionally, their supply chain operations left something to be desired as I was kept waiting for the product. The satellites production capacity was robust, however, I wasnt overly impressed with the lack of R&D and innovation the company seemed to put into their product. Even so, the turn-around time was quick and the ability to customize the satellite platform proved to be a beneficial feature. Overall, SSTLs Small Satellite isnt the worst choice out there, but there are certainly better options out there if you consider customer service and price to be important factors.
