Variable Valve Timing (VVT): VVT is an automotive valve train technology that allows a change in lift or timing of the intake or exhaust valves (or both) when the engine is in operation. A VVT system helps improve the gas mileage and allows engine flexibility to achieve peak performance in different driving conditions. Start-Stop System: Start-stop system automatically switches off the engine when the vehicle comes to a halt, and restarts the engine when the driver lifts his foot off the brake in automatic transmission vehicles or engages the clutch in case of manual transmission vehicles. This system reduces the amount of time the engine spends idling, and hence reduces fuel consumption and emission.
